Who is Hilal Kandemir?

Hello, I am Dietitian and Pilates Instructor Hilal Kandemir. I graduated from the Nutrition and Dietetics department at Izmir Democracy University in 2022. With my interest in nutrition, I took culinary training and continue my education in Exercise and Sports Sciences.

I gained experience in weight management, pediatric nutrition, and disease nutrition in hospitals and private health centers. I supported my professional development with training from the Australia Sports Institute & Fitness Academy and the Turkish Gymnastics Federation, specializing in reformer, mat, pregnancy pilates, and fly yoga.
